Our cows are born to mother's milk and raised in green grass pastures, providing feed as close as possible to their native diet. We do not give them antibiotics, hormones, or stimulants, allowing them to grow at their natural pace. This stress-free life, coupled with superb nutrition, results in a healthy and delicious product. This is the beef nature intended. We use a small, locally owned facility that is USDA inspected to process our beef. The beef is dry aged 21 days and cut to your specifications. Ask us about shipping. We are 'Known Shippers' with Alaska Airlines Air Freight and can also ship via UPS.
