Our cows are born to mother's milk and raised in green grass pastures, providing feed as close as possible to their native diet. We do not give them antibiotics, hormones, or stimulants, allowing them to grow at their natural pace. This stress-free life, coupled with superb nutrition, results in a healthy and delicious product. This is the beef nature intended. In our standard custom cutting method, the roasts are boned out, rolled, and tied. The steaks can also be deboned. The stew meat is trimmed and packaged, or can be ground into burger if desired. Short ribs can be ordered, and round steaks can be cubed. In our standard custom cutting, steaks are 1.25" thick, roasts are in 5 LB packs, and burger is in 1.5 LB packs. If you would like your beef cut and/or packaged differently just let us know when ordering. The beef can be custom cut and packaged to any of your specifications. PricingWe use a small, locally owned facility that is USDA inspected to process our beef. The beef is dry aged 14-25 days and cut to your specifications. Prices are based on hang weight. A $200 deposit is required for whole, half, and split half beef purchases and will be applied to the final cost. Ask us about shipping. We are 'Known Shippers' with Alaska Airlines Air Freight and can also ship via UPS.
