We took our American Wagyu to the next level! This is grass fed beef then finished on 120 days of NON-GMO grain.
Our Grain Finished beef is a special order product please expect a minimum of 90-120 day finishing period.
This is a perfect way to stock up and save! You will enjoy the most popular cuts like our Ribeye and have fun exploring cuts new to you like the Osso Bucco cut.
All our beef is processed at a USDA inspected plant

Weight of a whole beef is 450-500 lbs of meat; whole beef $10.35 per pound
Weight of a half of beef is 200-275 lbs of meat; half of beef $10.45 per pound
Weight of a quarter of beef is 100-150 lbs of meat; front and back mix cuts $10.55 per pound
Heart, liver, kidney, oxtail, bones and/or fat upon request and availability
