Weight of a whole beef is 450-500 lbs of meat; whole beef $9.35 per pound
Weight of a half of beef is 200-275 lbs of meat; half of beef $9.45 per pound
Weight of a quarter of beef is 100-150 lbs of meat; front and back mix cuts $9.55 per pound
Heart, liver, kidney, oxtail, bones and/or fat upon request and availability
